Returning Items to Us
The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving email confirmation that your return has been processed. Sunkissed Silver is not responsible for returns that are lost by the shipping company.
We will cover the cost of return delivery for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Any applicable replacement, repair or refund will be processed after Sunkissed Silver has received the original item and checked its condition.

Change of Mind or Exchange
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchased item, you have 14 days to email Sunkissed Silver for store credit on full priced items when you change your mind.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, merchants do not have to accept a return if you simply change your mind, or have purchased the wrong size. Please contact us with your return request which we will action on a case by case basis.
Repairs
Within Warranty
Sunkissed Silver jewellery offer a 3 month warranty on all pieces from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover neglect or wear & tear. With proof of purchase (whether store receipt or bank statement), we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product. Please contact us directly by email regarding any warranty and include a picture of the item info@sunkissedsilver.com.au . We will cover return shipping or reimburse shipping costs paid by you (within a reasonable amount). Reimbursements will require proof of postage costs to be provided to us.
Outside of Warranty
Sunkisssed Silver offer a repair service for our jewellery that has been damaged out of the 3 month period. We will assess repairs and cost them accordingly. Please contact us directly regarding any repair, including a picture of the item at info@sunkissedsilver.com.au . The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending a pre-paid postage parcel along with your item(s) via a traceable method. Please retain proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your parcel has arrived at our warehouse. Sunkissed Silver is not responsible for items that are lost by the shipping company.
Proof of PurchaseProof of purchase is required for all returns (including faulty goods). If you do not have a customer account and/or lose your register receipt, you may be able to confirm your purchase using your credit card statement.

- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed and with all tags attched
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law
- Sale & clearance items cannot be returned if you change your mind.
